Our pelvis is a truly amazing place. It balances and coordinates forces from our spine and ribs above, our legs and feet below, hosts our center of gravity and balance potential, supports our lower abdominal organs and their functions, is a powerful coordinator of a healthy respiratory cycle, and believe it or not, can even have a positive effect on our brain and endocrine regulation. In this class we will explore all of the incredible functions, interrelationships, and mobility that our life has to offer through our pelvis!

Love the class. Miracle ball rolling question… is it safe to roll down the inner side of hip toward groin? I have a sore area at the bottom there and have been rolling but then I thought checking with you is a must.
