I was sick last week and had to cancel our Tuesday evening special New Year’s Intention Setting Class, so I’m happy to say I have bumped it forward and we’ll be doing it this Tuesday instead! Tues. Jan. 9th - 6:00-7:00 pm – New Years Fresh Intention Class
Wed. Jan. 10th – 9:30-10:45 am – Therapeutic Hip Mobility
