I'm excited about Virtual class today with my personal FAVORITE routine! Therapeutic Yoga for the ribs and shoulders! As many of you know, I came to yoga after a dramatic ribcage injury which had caused me to lose the use of my right arm and most of my right lung and had created major complications for my liver, kidneys, ovaries, SI Joint, and knee. I was quite the mess, and like many people, learned the hard way just how important rib health is! Without a balanced and mobile rib cage, the body can not function optimally. This routine today is the be-all-end-all for ribcage liberation and I look forward to sharing with you all today!
Here are the props you'll need for today:
- Bolster (sub with a big pillow or a stack of blankets)
- Miracle Balls
- Yoga Block (sub with a thick book)
- Blanket
