In this class we both prepare the body for better breathing by addressing each of these areas, and also explore more efficient processes of breathing through traditional yogic pranayama and bandha exercises. Hips, Hips, Hips!

In this yoga therapy session we will take a deep exploration of each of the 6 actions our hips make which allow all of the complex movement possibilities that we enjoy everyday. We will learn how to decompress, stretch, realign, and release adhesions or restrictions in the myofascial networks that support and move these powerful joints. This class will offer a complete but safe hip treatment that will address injuries and pain of all kind and will be sure to get your hips feeling great again!
