Yoga Therapy for Pain & Injury Care

Breathwork, mindfulness, and anatomical understanding combine with myofascial release, decompression, and gentle long hold stretches to educate, elevate, and inspire!



Unlike most yoga classes, our yoga therapy programs are specifically designed to allow those with injuries, pain, or physical limitations to enjoy the health benefits of yoga, without worrying about agitating or increasing pain symptoms in the body. With limited class sizes and an individualized approach, our teachers will offer options and adjustments based on the injuries and conditions of the actual attendants in each class. Through conversation and connection with your teacher, they will be able to help you find ways to support the areas that need it, uncover hidden causes and correlations behind your pain, and teach you what you can do to safely start improving your pain, your health, and your life!
