Therapeutic Repair w/ Astika

Let your body and breath be your guide as you move through a gentle therapeutic repair yoga sequence with sound healing interwoven throughout the experience.

- Long Pranayama and Savasana,

- Crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments,

- Gentle Breathwork,

- Spinal decompression with miracle balls,

- Self Massage with Tune up balls,

- Restorative Yoga,

- Gentle stretching,

- Mindful movement,

- Gentle strengthening and joint stabilization,

- Community & Connection

Come 15 minutes early to settle in, pick an affirmation card, and enjoy essential oils & herbal tinctures!

This workshop is safe and accessible for most injuries and health conditions. Astika is particularily skilled in helping students adjust and adapt their practice to meet the needs of their individual bodies. In true Centered Within Yoga fashion, you can expect the finest care in this class!

Bolsters, Miracle Balls, and Tune up balls are provided.  Please bring water, a blanket and a pillow or rolled up towel to support the neck.

~ Location ~

We're excited to be offering these classes at a wonderful new location in Maple Ridge, the Shine Bright Studio at #102 - 11410 Kingston St. in the industrial area.

Look for an old "Sears" sign and purple lights in the windows.

Please avoid parking in stalls that say "reserved for unit #101" any other parking spot is fine. Come through the front door that says "shine bright studio" with a diamond on it.  And walk through the door on the right and come on up the stairs!

Give yourself extra time to find the studio as it can sometimes be tricky the first time! Give Astika a call if you need some help finding it!  778 956 2681
